Yeats Automotive goes above and beyond to help a customer. I was going out of town for a trip and wanted to make sure all was A-OK with my car. Andy was so helpful making sure that I had proper fluids and proper tire pressure. They even threw in complementary washer, fluid topping off my reservoir. It’s those little things and fitting me in at the end of the day that make me a return customer.

I wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection on a car I hoped to buy, and Yates showed up on Google as a reliable place nearby. I wasn’t disappointed. I didn’t have to wait long, they did a thorough inspection for a reasonable price, and provided me with sound advice for my final negotiation. Highly recommend them!

Went in for an oil change and wash and was completely impressed. They took great care of my car and gave it back to me in excellent shape! I would definitely recommend this company. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Such a refreshing change of pace. I didn't feel like a number. They really care about each customer. I will definitely be back!

I had a weird electrical problem with my head lights and turn signals, dropped it off and Chris was the Mech that trouble shot the issues, he called me regularly to keep me informed and ultimately fixed the problem, I would highly recommend this place. It’s also about a block from the Braddock Rd metro station which is really convenient.
